•1 large organic head cauliflower •1 cup water
•1/2 cup of Almond GF flour •1/2 cup of Chickpea GF flour •1 tbsp of GF yellow cornmeal
•1 tbsp of egg replacer •1 tsp garlic powder
•1 tsp paprika
•1 tsp onion powder
•1 tsp of maple syrup
•1/4 teaspoon sea salt
•1 tablespoon vegan butter, melted
•1 cup red hot sauce

1. Line a large baking sheet with your choice of cooking paper.  Preheat your oven to 400-450 degrees F
.

2. Wash and cut cauliflower into bite sized pieces.
.

3. Mix water in a large bowl with flours, cornmeal, egg replacer, garlic and onion powder, paprika, sea salt and maple syrup.  Whisk and combine until batter is thick and smooth. .
.

4. Add/dip the cauliflower pieces into the batter, coating entirely.  If necessary, coat one bye one.  Next, place on baking sheet. .

5. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Flip them over and bake for another 10-15 more minutes or until golden brown. .

6. Next, prepare the hot sauce by melting butter in saucepan on medium heat.  Once melted, add hot sauce and stir occasionally until cauliflower is ready.

7. Next, add cauliflower to the sauce pan, and toss until florets are completely covered.  Once completely covered, add back to cooking sheet and place back in the oven for 10 minutes.  Remove and add to a bed of kale.  Pour our famous vegan ranch dressing on top.  Sprinkle hemp and black seeds, if desired.

  • Few things make me happier after a busy day than a fast and easy 15 minute meal 👏🏻🥰 And this one — which features one of my go-to Trader Joe’s products — is one of my faves! ❤️ The reasons I love TJs cauliflower mash are many, but among them: (1) minimal time commitment (it only takes 5 minutes from frozen to hot); (2) minimal effort (just pour it into a pan and stir!); (3) maximum flavor (IF you add garlic ghee and parmesan — and you totally should); (4) it pairs perfectly with...well, almost every savory flavor under the sun ☀️👏🏻. The same can be said of sautéed spinach (and I’m talking about the fourth point, not the first, because frozen spinach is 😝), which is why it’s the vegetable I prepare and consume more than any other 🤗.

Dinner last night 👉🏻#whatsonmyplate: garlic-parmesan cauliflower mash (made using the frozen cauli mash from trader joe’s— to prepare: cook on the stovetop according to package directions; once the mash is hot n’ steamy, stir in several tablespoons of parmesan cheese + a touch of garlic ghee) •• spicy garlic cajun shrimp 🍤 (seasoned with @primalpalate jerk seasoning, then cooked in garlic ghee) •• sautéed spinach w/ red pepper and parmesan.

Just returned from an impromptu cocktail date and now going to forage through my freezer for dinner 👀 🍕. Hope you all have a good night, and happy almost Friday!! 😘

  • PB&J Fudge Cups by @nutriholist 💛 Recipe:⠀
Ingredients:⠀
Peanut Butter Fudge:⠀
1/4 cup coconut oil⠀
1/2 cup peanut butter⠀
1/4 cup pure maple syrup⠀
Pinch of unrefined sea salt⠀
Jelly Topping:⠀
1 cup raspberries⠀
1 tablespoon chia seeds⠀
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup⠀
1 tablespoon lemon juice⠀
⠀
Instructions: ⠀
To make the peanut butter fudge: Melt coconut oil in small pot over low heat if it’s solid. Add the peanut butter and stir until it melts into a runny mixture. Remove from heat, add maple syrup and sea salt⠀
Pour the PB mixture into a lined muffin tin and fill each cup about 2/3 way up. Transfer to the freezer for the fudge to set (about 30 minutes)⠀
To make the jelly topping: Add raspberries to the small pot over medium-low heat. Stir a few times and let the berries simmer until they get soft and mushy. Remove from heat and mix in the chia seeds to thicken the jelly. Add maple syrup and lemon juice, taste test, and let it cool down to room temperature⠀
To assemble: Take the muffin tin out of the freezer and fill up the cups with the jelly topping. Transfer back to the freezer or fridge for the jelly to set. This usually takes 1 hour if left in the freezer and about 2 hours if stored in the fridge. Enjoy! #veganfoodspace #vegantreats #treatyoself

To make the potatoes, I sliced them and tossed them in some olive oil, white vinegar, and sea salt and baked for 20 min at 425 F. .
I always get asked about poached eggs tips, and my advice to you is to google Mark Bittman’s tips. That’s what helps me!

วันนี้ทำ IF 16/8 เป็นวันที่ 3 ของอาทิตย์แล้วค่ะ (ส่วนอีก 2 วันทำ 14/10 ค่า) จริงๆก็แอบรู้สึกว่าสบายตัวอยู่นะคะ รู้สึกกระโปรงหลวมนิดนึง แต่รู้สึกทรมานตอนที่ต้องกินให้ถึง BMR ตัวเองเหมือนกัน55555 ครั้งนี้กะจะลองทำสัก 2 อาทิตย์ ทำ 4-5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ ลองปรับๆสภาพร่างกายไปก่อน แล้วจะมาบอกอีกทีนะคะว่าเวิร์คมั้ย

Si elle doit faire partie de ta vie, mais que tu l’as jeté, elle viendra qu’à m’aime. Ce qu’ils doivent faire partie de ta vie en feront partie, les autres disparaîtront un jour.

Faisons des choses folles.. Bref, surprenons nous et élargissons notre zone de confort ! ⠀

흡,,널 얼마나 먹고 싶었는지 몰라🥺❣️ 아침에 모짜렐라도 그렇고, 점심엔 이거 해먹고싶어서 어제 마켓컬리로 바질페스토, 두부면 등등 주문했지요,, 👀 두부면으로 건강함 업업! 밀가루 탄수화물 대신 건강한 단백질 섭취😋 아보카도 후숙이 넘 투머치라,, 비쥬얼은 약간 지옥에서 온 파슷하인디 맛만 있으면 된거 아닌교?ㅎ 요즘 토매토 얼마나 먹는건지ㅎ #대저토마토 곁들여서 같이 먹으니 꿀꿀맛🍝 레시피는 라라스팜 피드에서 보고 참고했어유! 간단히 적으면‼️
1. 팬에 기름두르고 마늘 볶다가 토마토도 같이 볶아주기
2. 위에서 볶은 것에 소스 넣고 같이 볶아주기!
(소스 -> 아보카도 으깨고, 올리브유 1스푼, 레몬즙 1스푼, 바질페스토 1스푼 쉐킷)
3. 소스 볶은 팬에 두부면 넣고 끓이면서, 소스랑 잘 쉐킷(올리브유 1스푼 더 넣음!) + 우유 반 컵 추가, 기호에 따라 치즈도 추가
4. 후추 등으로 기호에 맞게 간 조절하면서 2분 정도 끓임!
5. 맛있게 먹기😋

  • My goodness, lots of emotion with this one.  In honor of national eating disorder awareness week (which was technically last week but you know me, fashionably late as usual oops), I just wanted to share a little reminder of how real and scary they can be. If you know me, you know my story, so I’ll spare you the soapbox about how incredibly important it is to cherish the body you have (even though it is) or how eating disorders are just as serious as any physical disease (even though they are), and I will simply say this - don’t be afraid to reach out.  Don’t be afraid to admit you are struggling with an eating disorder, or anything else for that matter.  Because that is the first step to overcoming whatever you are battling and finding true happiness.  It took me far too long to realize this because I was so afraid that I would look weak.  I was afraid to admit I had a problem.  But I did. A big one.  And only once I completely came to terms with that was I able to truly overcome it.
