#ad Having IBS and being lactose intolerant is literally a pain in the.....well......you know what I mean. Not to mention the bloating and looking like I've just ingested a melon. But having lived with it for years, I’ve now found out that I can drink a2 Milk™ - I’m not lactose intolerant, it was a protein causing my problem.

✅ So I followed up my 5 day pure distilled water fast with ➡️ -warm lemon water this morning 32 oz -1 32
oz midday celery juice -and a 32 oz smoothie
of 1 1/2 banana, water and spinach smoothie because I find it best to ease slowly back into food... nice and easy on the GI track ➡️ Tomorrow I will have lemon water -celery juice -one light smoothie -and one small leaves salad - 1/4 avo & lemon juice & dulce
➡️ Next day I will resume with my normal eating ... ps ...I have a pretty good “what I eat in a day” playlist on my YouTube #TANNYRAW 🍃🦋🍃💙🍃 🍃 In my experience this works optimal for me 🍃

Du pain? Je me lance dans la fabrication de pain au levain à longue fermentation😀. Pourquoi? Je cherche toujours des alternatives maison 🏡 pour ce que ma famille mange au quotidien. Je cherchais à faire du pain avec du blé mais digeste et plus santé que ce que l’on retrouve dans les épiceries. I’m sticking to protein, a couple cooked veggies, some fruits, gluten free bread, soups, smoothies, and puréed foods. it’s boring, but it’s good for me.
I’m on some extra drugs for the next month (sometimes you just gotta) and then my doctor and I are going to revisit my treatment plan. I’m feeling positive. ❤️

Light & easy plant-based lunch ideas. Today, I’m playing with quinoa & tofu combination. Left: Earthy scramble tofu with carrot and swede. More round and warming veggies with naturally sweet flavours. Quinoa is cooked with double volume of water against the grain. Soft and easy to digest. Seasoned with mirin, tamari and tiny shrimp paste and squeezed ginger juice. Right: Marinated then stir-fried tofu with pepper. Quinoa and water proportion is 1:1 - a little drier texture than left pic. Stir-fried is seasoned with garlic, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, black pepper. Sharp and uplifting energy. Both dishes contain similar ingredients but hold quite different energies. I was a huge milk drinker and I'm glad I don't have to give up milk. I now use rice milk with my smoothies, lattes, cereal and baking recipes. Good thing too is it tastes just like regular milk. Sometimes I'll alternate w almond milk but this is my staple.

Do yourself a favor and make this cranberry cinnamon lentil porridge and thank me later🥳
Cranberry Lentil Porridge
In a small pot, melt a heaping T. coconut butter and a 1/2 T. @fourthandheart ghee. Blend a can of lentils in a blender or with an immersion blender (the latter is super easy to do). You may have to add a bit of liquid to the blender to help it along. Add lentils to the pot once the fat has melted and add coconut milk, tons of cinnamon, 1/3 c. frozen cranberries, maple syrup to taste, and 1 tsp. vanilla extract. Cook long enough for the cranberries to soften and until the porridge is heated up (the lentils are already cooked so there is really nothing that needs to cook besides the cranberries). Feel free to top with all your fav things like nut/seed butter, fruit, more maple syrup, other seeds, cinnamon, go nuts.
