▶️We all heard scary stories that if you are working out, you need to stay away from alcohole. That if you drink one glass of beer, it is equal to 10 workouts. Of course, this is bullshit🙈.

Let's discuss however, how alcohole is influencing the secretion of sex hormones for men and women.
.
➡️I have sad news for guys🙎‍♂️. Most of testosterone is produced in testicles. You have them and it's good. BUT! Alcohole is toxic for cells, in which testosterone is produced. So best regards to women, whose men are drinkers. We can conclude, that for men, who are consuming alcohole, in big quantities,  its impossible to stay fit and sexually active.

➡️Studies show different results for women🙎🏼‍♀️. As women do not have testicles,  theres no toxic influence of alcohole. Moreover, multiple studies show increased testosterone level for women who are drinking! As well it is increasing estrogen secretion.
.
➡️Estrogen is even more anabolic than testosterone. This effect depends on a dose of alcohole. The more you drink, the more levels of testosterone and estrogen increase.
.
➡️If alcohole in big dosages wouldn't be so toxic for liver, it would be perfect! Unfortunately, for those seeking to lose weight alcohole is not good as well. But if you're maintaining you form or gaining muscles, alcohole will help you with that.

  • I never used to understand yoga or meditation. I used to only enjoy the fast-paced high intensity workouts 🏃‍♀🏋‍♀. ⁣

⁣
🧘‍♀But, now whenever I go to a yoga class it's like my time to shut off the world, focus on my breath, silencing my busy mind and working on allowing my body to stretch and flow during the session. ⁣
⁣
🧠So for me, yoga is an amazing way to have some mental therapy and relaxation. ⁣
⁣
Yoga is not necessarily for everyone and it's not something that you might fall in love with from the first few sessions. There are over 10 types of yoga so keep exploring till you find the one you enjoy. ⁣
⁣

  • Why is this bowl considered healthy? ⁣
⁣
Antioxidant rich - these are compounds in food that fight cancer, inflammation, stress (found in the fruit)⁣
⁣
Vitamins & minerals found in the whole bowl, calcium, vitamin k, vitamin e etc ⁣
⁣
Probiotics (promotes healthy gut bacteria) in the yogurt ⁣
⁣
Fibers found in the oats and fruits which help with digestion and reducing cholesterol ⁣
⁣
Drawbacks? It’s quite high in sugar so I try to couple it with a healthy source of fat like a natural peanut butter or even add a protein powder to the yogurt if I’m at home. This slows down the sugar spike after having it as a breakfast 🤤⁣

  • BACK DAY (and some biceps)! My favorite. Or at least it has been, recently. Today I worked on my deadlifts first, to give them the most of my energy. I got to 90kg for 3 repetitions. We’ll see how far I can go next time! И, так, в мою прошлую подготовку, я начала следить за своим организмом и его реакцией на «полезные жиры».
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Для девушек это очень важно, что бы поддерживать нормальную функцию яичников, почек, надпочечников и много другого.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Я придерживалась нормы 0,8- 1г. жиров на вес тела. У меня выходило 50 грамм в день. ЧИСТЫХ ЖИРОВ.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
В тот же момент, я начала изучать какие жиры на самом то деле полезны, и принесут больше пользы чем все остальные.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
И так, Омега-3, 6 и 9. — группа ненасыщенных жирных кислот, которые не воспроизводятся в нашем организме, и при их недостатке возникают разнообразные нарушения. Они не заменимые, то есть мы можем их получать только из пиши и Спорт.питания/ добавок ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
В наше время мясо животных, выращенных на фермах, содержит много омега-6 и 
незначительные количества омега-3. Культивированные овощи и фрукты также содержат меньшие количества омега-3, чем дикие растения. В последние время количество омега-6 в диете возросло также благодаря большому употреблению в пищу растительных масел, таких как кукурузное, подсолнечное, сафлоровое, хлопковое и соевое. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
В отличие от омега-3 жиров полиненасыщенные жирные кислоты класса омега-6 содержатся практически во всех растительных маслах. По этому именно жирам Омега-3 нужно уделить особое внимание. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Фактически, единственным полноценным источником омега-3 
жиров являются морепродукты (без учета фармацевтических препаратов). Скумбрия, сельдь, лосось, тунец, форель, палтус, креветки обладатели самых лучших составляющих!!!
