Mich erreicht immer wieder die Frage: "Machst du diesen Aufwand wirklich nur für dich selbst?" Ja, klar! Zugegeben... wenn es kein #Instafood gibt, richte ich es auch nicht so hübsch an 🙈, aber bei mir kannst du spontan hungrig aufkreuzen und es gibt richtiges Essen. Ohne vernünftiges Essen würde ich meinen Alltag auch gar nicht packen (ja, man merkt das, wenn man sich nicht nur von Fast Food ernährt 😉).

I may not have a three-month vacation, but I’d like to look and feel my best for what I do have planned.
Fruit sweet treats are so much better than the processed sugar candy bars I used to eat as a snack. The sugar high felt great right up until the sugar crash! No bueno.

Left over pasta sauce with all the veggies (onion, garlic, celery, carrots, red pepper, yellow pepper, mushrooms, courgette, aubergine, fresh tomatoes, chopped tin tomatoes, veggie stock & tomato purée) with vegan mince meat used tonight with steamed broccoli and asparagus topped with some guac ✨ ALL the vitamins, ALL the minerals A N D not forgetting ALL the protein & ALl the amino acids☝🏼😋 Yas to Monday dins!

🇬🇧 Crispy Salmon in a bed of veggies. Dinner from some days ago. At the moment,I am just always so terribly tired, that I can hardly bring myself to post something. But this was a winner again. I slow roasted a bunch of veggies in the oven, cooked a small handful of brown rice and cooked the salmon in a pan. I made some sort of super light breading with some finely chopped hazelnuts, smoked paprika and a bit tempura to give the salmon a light crispy skin and it worked very well. Kept the fish nice and juicy as well. Shortly before serving, I added the rice and crumbled feta to the veggies, so so good!
🇩🇪 Lachs mit buntem Gemüse. Ich bin in letzter Zeit abends immer so schrecklich müde, dass es mir sehr schwer fällt, regelmäßig zu posten. Aber das hier war ein sehr gelungenes Gericht. Ich habe den Lachs ganz leicht mit gemahlenen Haselnüssen, Tempura und etwas Paprika de La Vera paniert. Hat super geklappt und der Lachs hat nicht nur eine knusprige Haut bekommen, sondern war innen auch noch super saftig. Das Gemüse war eine Variante von meinem heissgeliebten Ofengemüse ( = von allem ein bisschen). Ich habe nur etwas braunen Reis und Feta hinzugegeben. 2–3 tablespoons olive oil
3–4 medium sweet onions, sliced
1 big pinch kosher salt
1 tablespoon @tuscaninifoods Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 large sheet @gefen_foods Puff Pastry
1/4 cup duck sauce
2 ounces Facon or beef fry (not fried), cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Caramelize the Onions
Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan. Add onions and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 25–35 minutes over medium-low heat until onions are caramelized.
Remove from heat and add balsamic vinegar.

So I finally got round to trying temple of seitan. It didn’t disappoint. I had the popcorn chicken, chips and temple main burger. It tasted amazing and from someone who used to eat meat I can say it’s just as tasted if not even more. Even better it wasn’t over priced and the food came very quickly. I didn’t even know they have an Ivy restaurant in La until I booked it for my mums birthday! It was amazing in all ways. From it’s dreamy desserts , scenic views and flowery instagramable patters. They have an inside and outdoor seating area where we got to admire Santa Monica peer. Overall beautiful restaurant which was worth every penny🌈 -
