When I first went vegan about 4-5 years ago, there was one main vegetarian/vegan restaurant in Melbourne (Vegie Bar) and a couple of other places that had 1 or 2 vegan options. Now there are countless FULLY VEGAN restaurants and all over Melbourne restaurants are offering several vegan options. It's amazing to see the huge change in this wonderful city in such a short amount of time. 🌃✨
I loved seeing so many vegan options at @48hpizzaegnocchibar and the food was honestly so delicious! I love when restaurants pick up their game and create some great quality dishes to accommodate for vegans. We like great pizza too!
I'm still dreaming of that vegan cheese (last pic) and I usually don't even like cheese... 🤭🤤😍
You guys, I haven't had pizza dough that good since Italy! I would highly recommend giving it a try and you can thank me later. 😉

A couple that cooks together stays together, right?! #ad It’s actually one of my favorite things to do with my husband because we put the kids to bed, cook dinner together and get to have uninterrupted conversations.
I love @purplecarrotxo because their meals are 100% plant-based. Also, the convenience of not having to think about what to cook is an added bonus for us! Not to mention, they’re delicious! My husband raved on and on about this sticky harissa tofu with sweet pea mash & pickled peppers. 🤤

Happy Monday All! I am trying to eat more fish because of all it’s health benefits and sushi is one of my favorite ways to eat it! Recent blood work has also shown that my vitamin D levels are low and fish is an excellent source of this fat soluble vitamin!
Vitamin D is actually also a steroid hormone vital to the body for many critical processes. We can make it when exposed to the sun but more than 40% of the population is deficient. A normal level is 30-80ng/ml. Most people are unaware that they are deficient unless they are tested. Fish is a rich source of vitamin D.
Since learning my level is low, I started taking @thorneresearch vitamin D3/K2 supplement. In addition to eating more fish, this is a great way to increase levels without worrying about excess sun exposure. As you increase vitamin D levels, calcium levels also increase and the vitamin K in the supplement I chose helps to pull that out of the blood into the bones.
I encourage everyone to get tested, get some sun, and eat more fish!
Had an amazing dinner date with my beautiful Fiancée Saturday evening and a suprise proposal with some family (pictures coming soon). I love her so much and extremely blessed God brought Brittni into my life.
My best friend in the whole world and a successful business partner in our business. We have both grown and learned much from each other Spiritually, Mentally, Emotionally and Financially.
We have cried together, laughed together, prayed together and experienced new things together as well. I look forward to marrying this beautiful Queen and woman of God my heavenly father has blessed me with.
We are joyful and blessed what God has already done in our lives, and will do. We look forward to the future my heavenly father has laid out for us to accomplish together. (Ring, last picture)
