HORMÔNIOS (inclusive a Testosterona)NÃO MATAM NEM CAUSAM DOENÇAS , o que pode trazer problemas à saúde é sem dúvida o EXCESSO ou a DEFICIÊNCIA destes.
✅Melhorar os níveis e a sensibilidade de alguns hormônios pode trazer resultados surpreendentes para o humor, bem estar, memória, composição corporal , libido, imunidade entre outros.
✅E felizmente esse preconceito que havia com hormônios, principalmente a Testosterona, vem ficando cada vez menor no meio médico e muitos já abriram a cabeça para esse tema.
✅Ou alguns dos “senhores “na foto não está com uma aparência saudável? 🤔🤔🤔 😂😂😂
✅E o mais intrigante é que geralmente os profissionais que condenam a TRT (terapia de reposição de testosterona) são os mesmos que não se opõem ao consumo diário de álcool com aqueles exageros de fim de semana, consumo de alimentos ultraprocessados, açúcar, fast food e até ao sedentarismo. Interessante não é? 🙄🙄

I dag hadde jeg fryktelig lyst til å droppe trening og innta sofaen etter jobb. Jeg kom meg på gymmet og gjennomførte økta - på grunn av disse fire tingene;
1️⃣ Jeg hadde med meg treningstøyet på jobb.
2️⃣ Hadde med meg et ekstra måltid som jeg spiste før jeg dro fra jobb. #planlegging
3️⃣ Jeg hadde en plan for hva jeg skulle gjøre. Nå blir jeg jo coachet av @tonjejen, så jeg veit i grunn alltid hva jeg skal gjøre.
4️⃣ Fokuserte på hvor digg det ville bli å ligge på sofaen ETTER trening, og prøvde å ikke bruke så mye energi på unnskyldningene for å ikke trene.
Ikke tenk - bare gjør!
..og jeg angret selvfølgelig ikke på økta.
Taco og sofa smakte ekstra bra nå 🤜🏼🤛🏼

Schon wieder wird ein häufiges Beweglichkeitsproblem einer Übung in die Schuhe geschoben. .
Der "Latzug in den Nacken" ist nicht für die schlechte Mobilität der Schulterregion vieler Athleten verantwortlich. Wieso sollte ich in der Lage sein "Nackendrücken" ausführen zu können, aber nicht "Nackenziehen"? Jedenfalls habe ich selten gehört, dass jemand behaupten würde, dass Drücken aus dem Nacken sei schlecht für die Schulter. Wahrscheinlich sind dies auch die selben Gesellen die behaupten, dass die Überkopfkniebeuge ebenfalls schlecht für die Schulter sei. Natürlich ist für den Latzug in den Nacken mehr Mobilität in den Schultern nötig als beim Latzug zur Brust. Ist die Mobilität jedoch ausreichend, ist die Gelenkbelastung bei beiden Variationen relativ gleich.👏👍
