I think sometimes I forget myself that I have not been on this journey for long at all.
•
My first time back in a gym was a little over 3 months ago. Sometimes I find myself over thinking the fact that I’m not where I want to be yet or not learning everything I want to know yet, then I remember that I am NEW to this.
‼️ Learning comes with time. Progress comes with consistency. ‼️
And both of those I’m fully capable of. I’m grateful that I have the people I do to surround myself with that have answered my ridiculously silly questions when I’m unsure, who have helped me with incorrect form or even doing something completely wrong! 
I have learned and changed a lot within a few short months & I should definitely be a lot more proud than I am. 
Went from partying a lot and drinking nearly every weekend, to stopping completely for over a month & only having a few drinks since. 
In other words from my sappy post; thank you to everyone who’s been there helping me along the way in the kindest way possibly. 🔆♥️

  • 🚨CURRENT GOALS🚨

▫️ I couldn’t be more excited for the next several months to come‼️

▫️ Why???
▫️
▫️ Because I’m starting from the very beginning; the absolute basics. I’m mixing in hypertrophy and strength days. (Starting off with push, pull, legs split... but may rotate to upper/ lower depending how I respond) On those days I’m strictly going for form; focusing on time under tension and full range of motion. Pure, solid form; If that means cutting the weight a bit... so be it, it’ll pay off in the long run⏳

▫️ ‼️Lastly had to rep the Heels jersey for one of the best times of year‼️
