usually when we think ‘fall off track’ we think oh she stopped going to the gym. oh she’s eating crap.
sometimes you can ‘fall off track’ mentally. You can go to the gym and lift all that weight, and you can eat as clean as possible, but if your head is a mess things still won’t feel right.
My current goal is still to bring my mindset & productivity & positivity up.
I’m trying to push through things & get out of this blurry blah typa mindset.

I love doing this. People always ask me when i’m going to stop lifting. People that don’t practice this don’t understand it and I get it. Who the hell wants to kick their own ass everyday and eat food that doesn’t taste good multiple times a day everyday forever. It’s not a particular fun sport. Everyone would like to look a certain way but no one wants to perform the daily efforts to get there. It’s hard, I would be lying if I said it wasn’t.
I never want to be average that’s not me. This is one thing that separates me from that.
I would even say it’s an unhealthy obsession. This still won’t stop me. I love the everyday grind of it.

Today was (and is) fueled on ALLLLL the DEDICATION. I’m telling you - barely a tiny ounce of motivation in these bones today. I’m sore from yesterday. I’m on spring break. My house is a wreck (always 🤷🏼♀️)... the DVR was CALLING. MY. NAME. “Saraahhhhhhhh” I could hear it. For real. And my couch and comfy blanket had a great spot for me once Easton went down for a nap. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
