  • Happy Friday fam 🎉 officially starting disssss cut & I’m freakin pumped.

2018 was a serious year of growth for me. Mentally and physically. I got strong AF, gained a good amount of muscle & pushed myself to some uncomfortable limits. I’m happy with where I’m at but I’m ready to cut down & see everything I’ve built this past year.

Not going to lie, there have definitely been days I haven’t felt my best. Just feeling sluggish, tired & heavy in my own body.

Ready to kick things up a notch & unleash the shredz 😛😈 Who wants to see more workout content/ full days of eating and more insight into the next few months of this new phase for me? Comment below 😻

  • I had a great time this morning 
taking part in the @runsheisbeautiful  race virtually in Santa Barbara! Although I can no longer run, that didn’t stop me from participating and walking a 10k course & enjoying beautiful views! I’m 21 Weeks pregnant & staying as active as I can be while listening to my body & embracing every moment in this season. I can’t wait until I can get back out there and run again and see my three babes cheer me on 💗 🏃🏻‍♀️ .
