CABLE GOBLET SQUAT: One of my favorite exercises on the cables at the gym working upper, core and lower body.
There are a few key pointers to this exercise.. 1. DO NOT let the cable pull you forward(Keep the core tight) 2. Drive up through the middle of your foot 3. Keep the upper body tight in place(scaps together) 4. ALWAYS hinge with the hips 1st Knees 2nd 5. Enjoy🤙🏽
