Christ has made it possible for us to go directly to God for forgiveness. But confessing our sins to each other still has an important place. 1) If we have sinned against an individual, we must ask them to forgive us. 2) If we need loving support as we struggle with a sin, we should confess that sin to those who are able to support. @daily.bible2017

REPENT AND SIN NO MORE
Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. James 5:16 🙏Comment a HASHTAG that applies to this post🙏

If you know that Jesus is true King, say - "Amen"🙏
The Bible reminds us to live our lives according to God's will and be faithful disciples. The Word of God says, -Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling.
Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms.

Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st of March, 2019.
Waterfront at the Strand at 5pm both nights.
Come along bring as many people you can!
Have you ever thought about the love God has for you? Have you ever considered loving Him, yourself, your neighbors beyond emotions? While our emotions can change overtime, our love should remain constant.
I have a friend who was afraid of vomit, until she had twin girls (stick with me). She talks about how she had never been able to deal with it - it is just too vile. But when her girls are ill, she says, the overwhelming feeling is not “that’s disgusting, I can’t go near you”; it’s “that’s disgusting, I just want to get you out of that mess. Compassion and love take over, and she has to help her baby.
She talks about how this revealed something so good about God’s character. When he sees us in our mess, he does not think about how disgusting it looks – his overwhelming feeling is one of compassion, and need to get his babies out of that mess. In his grace, instead of blaming us for the mess and pulling away, he just wants to hold us closer, and get us out of it.
Your mess is not too messy for God.

Hold on the the CROSS
Hold on to JESUS "Comment HASHTAG that applies to this post"
Every healing, deliverance, remission of sin, dominion, protection and salvation comes from the cross.
The cross is the power of God (1st Corinthians 1:18). It is the highest altar on planet earth. It is the burial ground of the devil. Satan has no solution to any man who knows how to operate from the cross. The cross is the basis of every dominion. The man who operates from this altar of Calvary wins any day any time.

Modern #advertising is like #Renaissance art. It is commissioned by a client, in this case a powerful global manufacturer, just like #Michaelangelo was 600 years ago, by another powerful global client: the Church.
We all know what the core message is, sing the glory of the #Christian church, or the Korean washing machine. The creativity of the artist makes it stand out, differ from another - but the last word is the client's. Not the artist's.

This is the absolute most secure feeling. To know even after all the sin and negativity that we as people can be or do we serve a God who loves us despite it all. Lately I’ve been slacking in my relationship with him. It’s completely my fault. I’m done making excuses. Today a family member called me to ask for prayers, it was a simple reminder that the relationship I have with God is so important to me. The little things that I do are really seen by others. On the phone my cousin said “I can tell you are a Christian”, that little sentence means everything to me. It doesn’t matter how discouraged I get at times, each breakthrough is worth it. I want people to be able to always come to me. God has given us all a purpose. So reach out to someone and if someone reaches out to you. Be the person the need. #christian#bethelove#prayer#testimony
It was just six weeks until their wedding date in early June, and Damilola and Sola had still not settled on the venue of their wedding. They couldn’t hold down Dami’s first or second choices for the Reception because they hadn’t been able to come up with the deposit on time. Sola was yet to come clean to Dami about his financial situation, but she was getting more and more anxious as the wedding drew closer. “Okay… If we scrap the IVs, and reduce the guestlist by half, we should be able to afford the Hall near the Church?” Dami said.
She was brainstorming cost-cutting ideas with Sola, her sister, Ayo, her mother and his sister, Tola. She hated all the compromises she was making to have this wedding happen at all costs. It was looking less like the wedding of her dreams and more like a financial disaster. If she was still going to end up broke afterwards, she wanted to have a beautiful memorable day to show for it at least. “But you will have to bring your own chairs, tables and deco,” Ayo said. “Why don’t we just have it at home, and get some canopies outside? It can still look nice…” Read more at https://blog.ufuomaee.org/a-small-world-season-two-episode-21
