The house is finally coming together; still got absolutely no furniture though apart from beds 🤭
Shoulders are probably my least favourite body part to train; and today was shoulder day ☹️ i just never feel a pump like I do on leg day. Anyone got any good shoulder workouts I could try?
Also, I’m turning into Sheldon Cooper; everyday I’m having porridge for breakfast with honey; eggs and bagels for lunch but every other day I add beans and mince and pasta for dinner; it’s just so easy to meal prep 😅

Let’s talk about progress
These 2 videos were taken 3 and a half months apart. 110 lbs on the incline. From no reps to 7. It takes time people!! You aren’t going to set PR’s in the gym every week. You won’t be stronger every time you workout. Shit, you might even lift less weight sometimes. It’s ok though.
Progress isn’t always linear. If you are a new lifter it is much easier to progress and make gains but after a while it will get harder and harder. Those gains will stop. So what do you do? Quit?
Nope, keep going, keep pushing, keep grinding, be consistent in your effort, have a plan and execute it. Progress will come. Stay patient and work your ass off. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
