Anyways, here are some of our favorite floor ab exercises you can do ANYWHERE! There is one exercise where a medicine ball was used, but you can use any object that weighs between 5 and 25lbs to perform the movement.
Having a strong core will help in any sport you participate in, but it is especially important for bodyweight strength athletes. Most calisthenic exercises engage the core as a secondary muscle group, and it plays a critical role in stabilizing the body throughout the movement. So, make sure to incorporate core exercises in your weekly workout routine. Not only will it improve athletic performance but there are also some awesome aesthetic benefits 😏

🍑115lbs Hip Thrust🍑
I personally think Hip Thrust is one of the b e s t exercises there is for the glutes! It’s a compound movement and if you’ve been following me for a while you would know the many many benefits that comes a long with preforming compound movement. This one specifically emphasizes the most on the glutes and you get to stack some weights on instead of playing around with isolated exercises only.
However one of the key rules to building bigger glutes is not doing this exercise alone, in fact you should still do the glute activation exercises before, and the isolated exercises at the end of your workout, and boom you’ll start noticing a difference in your glutes if you stay consistent!

Leg day! Ugh. My hip flexors are really bugging me, probably because of all the sumo squats.
I make it a point for some extra stretching to increase my mobility. I unfortunately didn't take a video today, I was somewhat rushed. But I did a bunch of sumo, deficit kb banded sumos, banded hamstring curls and lateral walks.
This video is from a little bit ago that hasn't been uploaded yet! Balance and body control is a never ending battle. Always finding ways to challenge it. This was the hardest pistol squat I've ever done and it wasn't to my liking.
