I've been looking at homes a lot recently. I'm kicking around the idea of buying a piece of shit $300k home in Grover and just buying it outright so I won't have a mortgage. I'm looking at all the pluses and minuses (tax incentives) and I've always flatly LOATHED debt, and I also don't like that I've given nearly $200k I rent to my landlord over the last decade and have built zero equity.
I feel like being debt free is always the best way to live, including having a paid-off home mortgage. So much to consider.

Take some time to appreciate your favorite songs today. We are lucky to live in a world where we can hear beautiful music with the click of a button. If you haven’t been to a concert in awhile, take an evening an go.
Really digging shooting with people lately rather than landscapes. Hit me up if you want to shoot!

I almost wasn’t going to post this, since I did not properly expose for the highlights (was rushing and almost got honked at while in the middle of the street to take this). However, I liked the composition and I caught a bunch of @bay.shooters crossing California Street into Chinatown during the photo walk. Plus I’m a sucker for how the cable car tracks are lit up.
Behold.. the power of shooting in RAW and editing. Swipe right for the original photo.
Una de las fotos que gustó más y tuvo más éxito de mi perfil en el último año fue una en este columpio en Los Ángeles...El columpio está en un parque llamado Elysian Park y se llega trepando literalmente por un camino de tierra súper empinado en Angels Road. El sitio no tiene mucho de especial, un árbol lleno de pintadas con vistas a la autopista I5 pero la verdad es que es un sitio muy fotogénico•••One of the photos you liked most and had the most success of my profile in the last year was one on this swing in Los Angeles ... The swing is in a park called Elysian Park and you get there literally climbing a super steep dirt road on Angels Road. The site does not have much special, a tree full of graffiti with views of the I5 highway but the truth is that it is a photogenic site •••
