Pulp cheese cake with rice cooker
3 combined cooking rice cooker, for 6 people
material:
Cream cheese (return to room temperature) 200 g
2 eggs
Hot cake mix 70g
Granulated sugar 50g
150ml fresh cream
Melted butter
Powdered sugar
How to make
1. Put cream cheese and egg yolk in a bowl, sift the hot cake mix and mix well with a hand mixer.

2. Add fresh cream in two portions and mix well each time.

3. Put egg white in a separate bowl and mix with a hand mixer. When bubbling, add the granulated sugar in three portions and mix until the horns stand up.

4. Add (3) to (2) in three portions and mix thoroughly with rubber sover so as not to crush the bubbles.

5. Pour (4) into the inner pot of the rice cooker and let it drain from a slightly higher place. Set in a rice cooker and cook for 70 minutes (while measuring the time with a timer, if the switch is cut off while pressing the start button without opening the lid). 6. When it's cooked, cook bamboo chopsticks, and if nothing comes, cover a large dish. Turn the dish over and remove it from the inner pot, sprinkle with powdered sugar and you're done!
