Just a friendly reminder that rabbits are wonderful pets, but should not be given as an Easter gift unless you are fully prepared on taking it in as part of the family. Please do your research before making the decision of getting any pet. Bunnies need love & special care & attention. The internet has made it so easy to obtain all the knowledge you will need for properly caring for your animals, but you still have to be very careful because it’s also very easy to put out false information. Some really great rabbit people to follow are @rabbits101 & @lennonthebunny Watch their YouTube videos to learn all about these lovable floofs, then you can decide if you’re prepared for the bun-buns! Hay, hay, hay, that’s 80% of a rabbit’s diet & 70% of a healthy diet for a guinea pig. Not all buns like all hay equally, but it’s better to find some locally sourced because you’ll save a ton of money not getting at the pet store. I tend to try to avoid most of those places for the most part. Pet stores are generally overpriced and the items aren’t locally produced, I’d just rather support small business whenever possible. Sugar in their diets needs to be closely monitored as they have delicate digestive systems. Just two tables of fruit is plenty for the whole week, which also includes carrots. Bunnies notoriously love carrots for a reason! They have a sweet-tooth & carrots are very high in sugar. Carrots should be fed in small amounts not too frequently as a special treat :) #bunnylife#bunny#easter
Your GUT is talking to you and you gotta listen! Both intuitively and literally ...✨✨✨
✨Your #gut is the command center for all things skin... and more importantly your overall #health#wellness and #weightmanagement .
✨A healthy gut will be free of inflammation (something that unfortunately can cause on going health issues much deeper than skin inflammation/congestion when chronically inflamed).
✨I am not able to diagnose such health conditions such as “leaky gut”, but I can recognize many symptoms that suggest gut health issues. And after years of treating the skin, it all comes down to what you are choosing to eat and drink 😬
✨Vitamin supplementation such as pro-biotics, digestive enzymes, omega oils, amongst other very specific herbs and remedies all are necessary it treating the gut. And not just from a reactive standpoint, but a proactive wellness standpoint as well.
✨To identify a truly customized understanding of your needs, I suggest booking an appointment with us to do a Nutritional Hair scan. You will get a 32 page color report of the health of your body! Understanding your body and seeing if what you are eating is healing your gut or fighting it. For example, you may think broccoli is a good food for you, but come to find out, it’s a food that’s triggers your body to become further inflamed- you won’t know any of this, unless you test for it.
Honor, respect, and love your gut... it’s everything! Start by picking up one of our @metagenics Ultra Flora Probiotic Vitamins on your next visit! These are amazing! ($40 must keep in the fridge!) 💕💕💕 #healthandwellness#weightloss#guthealth#probiotics#epigeneticmapping#nutrition#nutritionalreport#cellwellbeing#leakygut#diet#exercise#motivation#bunnylife
