  • After 2 stomach bugs in 2 wks and losing 8 lbs, everything felt heavy. I'm working on fixing my conv. deadlifts with light eccentric block work to build up tissue tolerance and form. But to get real vertical pull work in, I hit trap bar sets, finishing here with 605x9 TNG with plenty in the tank. (Thought I had 10, but counted in my head wrong... oops!). Client programs handed off for the week, now to find time to work on my own program 😂

  • My homemade cheat meal from last night! And yes, I ate ALL of it plus @halotopcreamery ice cream for dessert 🤣...honestly I don't kno da macros to this meal and don't even care lol It was actually fun creating this rather than just going to a restaurant so imma do more homemade cheat meals in da future ☺️

  • Sushi night!! I haven’t had raw sushi (no tempura) in over 9 months. My training and diet is in T-1 days. I thought about eating a slice of pizza, one hamburguesa with fries, some doritos, ice cream and several pieces of Mexican candy but!! I resisted, i chose sushi and my first glass of wine since last summer. Am i ready to get back to the gym?? Mentally yes, physically no, emotionally I’m a wreck lol but let’s see how this year goes and what i can accomplish! #willidrivemytrainerinsane #willigettoseeabs #willicheatorwillibecommited

If you swipe you’ll see me struggling to get 435 a couple months ago. Squatting is all about consistency, as is anything in life; but, I like to push myself so I’m def going for 5 plates by the end of 2019 🙏🏼⁣⁣⁣

  • Beaucoup de personnes me pose des questions sur mon physique, comment j’ai fait pour en être là aujourd’hui etc.. Ce mode de vie, le faite de s’entraîner tout les jours 🏋🏼‍♀️ de manger plusieurs fois dans la journée et proprement 🍗🥗, etc.. Certains le prendrons pour une contrainte dans leur vie, et c’est comme ça qu’on se démotive. Pour eux ils ne sont pas fait pour ça .. Mais je peux vous assurez une chose que si vous vous en donnez la peine les résultats vous les aurait quoi qu’il en soit! 👊🏼 Aujourd’hui je compte bien remercier une personne qui m’en apprend encore tout les jours sur ce sport extrême, me motive de plus en plus chaque jour, et cette personne là c’est mon coach @toma52 
Plus tard on pourras dire que c’est grâce à nous 😉
