  • Do you arch your back in your pull-ups? 💪Does your chest point toward the ceiling while you do pull-ups? This is likely due to lat tightness and a lack of shoulder blade awareness. This video is meant for you to visualize how the #latissimusdorsi connects to the arm and functions to pull the arm down in a pull-up. .

In yesterday’s video, we showed you how to test for lat tightness and how to massage the lats to gain a temporary increase in your shoulder range of motion. Lat tightness is only a piece of the puzzle though. Tight pecs, a weak mid back, and weak serratus muscles can also lend to limited shoulder mobility. We have posted numerous videos on these areas in the past month… scroll back! .

Tight lats can play a role in lower back pain and an uneven pelvis as well. Because of where the lats attach on the arm, spine, and lower back, the lat can actually extend the spine and elevate the pelvis… basically compressing your body. Picture a string on a bow, as you pull the string, it bends the top and bottom toward each other. .

7 months of relaxation with 0 diet, Full Sweets and Outings, Sleeping 4 or 5 hours for Advance in the work that Thank God never fails, I thought to leave the Competencies But they are encouraging me to return even if it was out of Form and without Physicist. It is not easy to return to Train when you only go to the gym 3 times a week and follow a Diet Respecting everything and with discipline, Will It Be Worth Going Back ???

  • My chest has always been my weakest point. I was genetically blessed with a wide frame and big shoulders, but unfortunately my chest has always lacked.
