Spring is here in Seattle. So many trees in full bloom. ❤️
Well spring is here, bringing those temperatures up but also bringing those new buds and allergies out. I used to be on over the counters all spring and summer long to combat allergies, it was terrible! Now I use these three beauties: Lemon, Peppermint and Lavender all in a capsule named TriEase. These three oils work hard to help you overcome those seasonal allergies. Lemon works on the mucous and helping to detox the body. Lavender works as an antihistamine as well as soothing and relaxing. Peppermint then helps with decreasing any inflammation. So all together they are able to help your body in response to those allergens. So bring on the pollen mother nature I'm ready!
🌍 The earth is looking so cute today🌱🌻 daily meditation doesn’t have to mean sitting still. For me, getting outside and hiking a lone or with a friend is where I discover the most about what I’m thinking and feeling. Being outside helps get me out of my head when I’m anxious and connects me with something bigger than myself. For me, it’s one of the most spiritual experiences I have because it slows me down, makes me become more aware of my intentions with every step and thought and helps me be more in tune with my body. I try my best to practice self compassion with my slips a long the trail and take breaks when I need to, because progress is better than perfection 🌻This spring, I’m going to try and spend as much time as I can outside. Breathing in fresh air is so a beautiful way to relax and feel centered. I hope you get outside and explore and hopefully get more connect with yourself and this beautiful earth. 🌸🌱🧘🏽♀️thanks @kimberlychelsea for da pic, you da realist.
