I love spending Sunday’s at home. I usually take Sunday as a day to water and take care of all my plants, listen to oldies and French music, going to the market to buy some fresh florals and brainstorm some new content. Je vis pour les dimanches.

Show of hands - who is a self confessed chocolate addict ? Well I definitely am 🤪🍫 but I have to say that the uncontrollable cravings only started when I was about 33 , I wasn’t really a chocolate fan before then . It drives me mad because it’s got everything to do with my hormones which may I add has gone bonkers !! I workout almost everyday , and then crave chocolate at about 8:30pm (damn you hormones) , after consuming about half a 🍫 I sit there feeling like a complete glutton and well let’s just say I love a good challenge so after trying many substitutes I finally found a healthier option ! 🤤 ITS DIVINE , it taste so much like chocolate and it’s good for you! SAY WHAT! 🙌🏽 So if you are in the same boat as me fighting hormones and cravings , the recipe below is going to change your life 👊🏽
CHOCOLATE CHIA MOUSSE
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp (24 g) chia seeds
1 serving (44 g) of Protein in Chocolate
2 tbsp (14 g) raw cacao powder
2 packets (4 g) powdered stevia or liquid stevia drops to taste (or 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice such as maple syrup)
Blend it all until smooth and refrigerate for 30 minutes ⏱ - BOOM - chocolate cravings are officially ANNIHILATED!
