🍲SPICY FAJITA PASTA🍲
I've had the evening and the day to reconcile on last night's events, it was a time of upset and tears, the shock and sadness of seeing my fur babies so still, lifeless and cold (anybody that has pets knows the unconfitional love and torture I felt last night)
We burried my poor babies late last night, it was sad, I am so glad they had each other and I am hoping they died peacefully next to each other, they are barely touching 1 year old, how did they die? I don't know, what caused it? I don't know, it's a mystery to me, I just hope they wernt in any pain, all I know is there weight deteriorated quickly and from the night before running and and eating to last night nothing, lifeless and asleep, I still can't get my head around it
You build strong bonds with your pets, it's like dogs they live for years, we so do rabbits and they are all off different characters and that's what builds the unconditional love we have for them, they play a big part in our lives, and when they are gone it rips out your heart because you blame yourself and try to retrace the steps and say to yourself could you have done anything different?
Mentors provide bespoke guidance. They take a personal interest in you. It's customized, rare and expensive.
Heroes live their lives in public, broadcasting their model to anyone who cares to look.
The internet has created a long tail of heroes. There are tens of thousands of musicians, artists, entrepreneurs, social leaders, politicians (okay, maybe not thousands of these), coders and colleagues to find and emulate. WWHD. What would my hero do?
I find heroes everywhere I look. I find people who speak to me over my shoulder, virtual muses, who encourage me to solve a problem or deal with a situation the way they would. This is thrilling news, because there are so many heroes, so freely available, whenever we need them.

We have been using @mindup_hawnfoundation curriculum to learn about mindfulness, social and emotional learning. It has been an amazing learning experience! Do you use a mindfulness curriculum you use to teach kids about emotional awareness?
