Ich muss ganz ehrlich sagen, dass Whey von @foodsping ist und bleibt das beste am Markt. Nicht nur geschmacklich überragend, sondern auch die Verträglichkeit ist sicher. Ich bekomme davon weder Pickel, noch Verdauungsprobleme - wie es leider bei vielen anderen Herstellern der Fall ist, da es an Qualität mangelt. Eigentlich habe ich eine Lactoseintoleranz, aber trinke trotzdem täglich meine Shakes mit Milch und habe keine Probleme.
Meine liebsten Sorten sind definitiv das Kaffee Whey und Cookies & Cream. 🤤

The only real difference between these two photos (other then a tan and a slightly different pose) is 2 things.
1. Consistency in training
2. Better understanding and application of diet (calories in vs calories out and my macro nutrients) .
It is that simple really. Train and eat effectively/efficiently, be patient and changes happen. It’s one part of your life where you really do have just about complete control (not including injuries and medical conditions etc) !!

You guys!!! No filters, no autofix on camera, no nothing. 2 freaking weeks on this program. Like what??? I have felt more confident since actually sticking to the nutrition and workouts without over-running like I did in the past 🏃🏼♀️ but I didn’t realize I was having THESE results until I took my 2 week progress photos. I didn’t think there would be a huge difference but just my posture and how I’m holding my body has changed. I have always been into fitness, ran half marathons, hiked until I had no fuel left in me and even played tennis in college but I have NEVER been this fit and so HEALTHY in my life. I have never felt so good eating so much in my life. So thankful to have a great community of girls who support me, and of course my boyfriend who is just the best. Holler at me if you want in on my next challenge and we can have a convo about goals, where you are now, etc. 💪🏼💪🏼
