É uma dúvida natural, já que dosha é o que mais se fala quando o assunto é Ayurveda, mas a questão é que saber sua Prakriti não é um ponto fundamental para uma vida equilibrada de acordo com os princípios do Ayurveda, na verdade é muito mais importante aprender a observar e reconhecer seus desequilíbrios (vikriti).
Descobrir sua prakriti vai muito além de um questionário ou mesmo uma consulta com o terapeuta, é uma jornada de auto conhecimento.
Algumas pessoas tem uma prakriti bem definida e que se apresenta de maneira explícita, aqueles que de bater o olho já podemos supor quase sem erro, mas em outros casos isso não é tão simples, não se trata de uma ciência exata, requer observação, atenção e paciência, e muitas vezes dependendo do grau de desequilíbrio pode ser uma tarefa bem confusa para um aspirante ou iniciante.

My GO-TO 6 ingredient lunch!!
I always used to just have a sandwich for lunch, and honestly if that works for you that’s fab, but for me I just always felt groggy and bloated. So I decided to start cooking fresh meals, and over the course of a couple weeks I perfected my ideal meal - cheesy creamy chicken pasta🍗
I started just wanting to cook more fresh, nutrient-dense meals ensuring I had a bit of everything in them, and this is one dish I could eat over and over again and not get bored, it tastes so good and is still very healthy😍🙊
For those interested kcal averages around 500/550 and ingredients are;
✨vegetables (any you like but I tend to stick to greens; pepper, broccoli, kale, cabbage, sugar snaps)
✨grated Parmesan ✨light creme fraiche ✨almond milk

The work week is stressful because it seems like i have such little time. I usually wake up, go to class, go to work, then go home do my cardio and study, prep for tomorrow, and then go to bed ... Repeat everyday all week. Wellll....
I’m changing it up... I’m going to try to do minimum 20 minutes of fasted every morning to wake me up & get my day started so that after work i can try to go to bed semi early and relax.
What is your routine?
I love the challenge of balancing asanas as they require from me exactly that balance between effort and ease so present in yoga. If I put too much effort on it I get tensed and exhausted easily. If I don't hold myself steady and firm I can't reach and sustain the posture...Just like life itself! -

Two days ago I arrived back in Bali. I slipped back here in silently because I wanted to have some me time. Time to fill my very own cup to overflowing again! I wanted to just be still and honour what I needed to do. I had such a need to come back so last weekend after some yummy family time, Neil and I booked a ticket.
We had spent so much time the last few months connecting, loving, laughing, emerging ourselves with friends and family it was time to fill our cups so we could give back again organically and with everything we have

Heute habe ich mich mal wieder gedehnt, auf meinem Balanceboard rumgehampelt, Nacken und Rückenübungen gemacht. Habe ich früher überhaupt nicht gerne gemacht, aber ich mag das mittlerweile total. Ich merke, das ich nicht mehr so steif bin wie Oma👵 und ich surfe mit dem Ballanceboard nicht mehr durchs Wohnzimmer wie am Anfang. Ich habe jetzt schon wieder gelesen, wie sehr Gleichgewichtsübungen vor Stürzen schützen und ich will als fitte Oma fit stürzen, noch besser gar nicht😛. Mögt ihr das? Also nicht das Stürze, sondern die Übungen 🤪. Einmal die Woche mache ich das jetzt.
Ansonsten ist der DPD Fuzzi immer noch nicht da mit meinen Hantelständern 🤪. Will aufbauen 😂.🙃

Today I stretched again, on my Balanceboard rumbled, neck and back exercises done. I did not like it at all in the past, but I really like it all by now. I notice that I am not as stiff as Grandma👵 and I surf with the Ballanceboard no longer through the living room as in the beginning. I have already read again how much balance exercises protect against falls and I want to fall as a fit grandmother, even better not at all😛. Do you like that? So not the falls, but the exercises 🤪. Once a week I do that now.
Otherwise, the DPD man is still not there with my barbell rack 🤪. Will build up 😂🙃

Tensegrity is a principle based on the use of isolated components (struts) in compression inside a net (wires/cords) of continuous tension . The bars float in space without touching each other and with the cables delianate the form - in this case a twisted 3 strut prism . It is a powerful principle finding expression in varied fields from musculoskeletal structures to habitats in space . The term itself is credited to Buckminster Fuller in the 1960s as a portmanteau of "tensional integrity" . American sculptor and photographer Kenneth Snelson coined the term floating compression to describe the same principle and many of his sculptural works employed tensegrity as a base principle. Both Snelson and Fuller claimed credit for the discovery of the principle however both of these famous names were preceded in the 1920s by Soviet artist Karlis Johansson who actually was the first to demonstrate the concept in the early 1920s before Snelson was even born. The million explanations/ definitions on line do not explain how cool it is to see and make one of these. So once we figured out how, we made an installation made up of 12648 individual units and suspended it from a 60 ft height ceiling .
