Paradise//. Nothing is more hurtful than not returning to the home you used to return every day to end your day with the one you loved because monotony hit them and they got bored.
Nothing is more hurtful than hearing the words you once dreaded from someone you loved and facing the storm alone because you are too soft to throw the same words at them. Because you save every last chance to go back to them. Because you still hope that tomorrow they might not mean what they said today.
You struggle alone, stuck with your grief in pandemonium, you try to hush down the Satan in you from rebelling because you are too scared to lose your paradise with them.
You save the only bond you share with them of humanity because you refuse to recognise the dementor in them sucking your soul.
You refuse to recognise the toxicity and dwell near the same four walls in search of your paradise.
But honey, even Satan left heaven.
Even he revolted to burn in embers when he felt he was wronged and God was unjust.
He preferred to lay on the lake of lava and burn.
Run and close all the doors behind you that lead you to your deterioration annd not progression.
Because as they say true love is meant to lift you up and not pull you down.
Love is many things but it is never deceitful, nothing toxic comes from genuine love.
🦇 Hello, I figured my first official post should be a Get To Know The Artist 😊
1. Name? My initials are E.J.B but for this account, I will be going by the name Esmeralda. This is just something fun because I'm quite boring in real life.
2. Age? I'm 20 but in 4 months I turn 21.
3. Artforms? I originally made this page for poetry, but I also love to draw, paint, write stories and movie scripts, and take photos. I'm also trying to learn how to make clay figurines but idk if that will happen lol.
4. Problems? I want to address this question because some of my content may be triggering to others. I suffer from Severe Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia and PTSD. I've been recovering from anorexia and self-harm for about a year and a half now. I'm also Autistic.
That's all I'm gonna share for now! 🦇
Creation said. “I want to hide something from the humans until they are ready for it. It is the realization that they create their own reality.” The eagle said, “Give it to me. I will take it to the moon.” The Creator said, “No. One day they will go there and find it.” The salmon said, “I will bury it on the bottom of the ocean.” The Creator said, “No. They will go there, too.” The buffalo said, “I will bury it on the Great Plains.” The Creator said, “They will cut into the skin of the earth and find it even there.” Grandmother who lives in the breast of Mother Earth,
and who has no physical eyes but sees with spiritual eyes, said “Put it inside of them.” And the Creator said, “It is done.” Creation story from the Hopi Nation, Arizona

I will run in circles until
I am knocked out of this orbit
transform into a bird
glide as easy as I used to float
air laughing as dive then
until the clouds are just
eons below me
I got my canopy for shows today and had a moment of panic when I realized I forgot to measure to see if it will fit in the Mini Cooper. Whoops! It will fit, but just barely! #artistcommunity#outdoorshows

What do people really see when then look into mirrors?
We visited beautiful painter and illustrator Lily of @rivuletpaper at her new studio in Seattle. Every inch of her space was very much her — from walls plastered with her tea-stained paint studies to her DIY refurbished vintage tables to her taste in unique books to a giant pair of woolly studio socks. And here she is, staying warm and cozy in our Modus coat and scarf.
We will be posting more images from the studio visit in our story!
