This exercise is a variation of dumbbell flyes, which are great, cables can provide some variation to your normal routine, and they can help with your form if you feel it hasn’t been on point for dumbbell flyes
The fly is an excellent exercise for adding both size and strength to the chest. Flyes, regardless of whether they’re being performed on a flat, incline or decline bench target the outer portion of the chest.

Can-Am fun! 🤘 It was awesome experiencing the X3 with my dad @9__finger ! Thing is sweet and a smooth ride. Still a quad person but this was a lot of fun! 😁
