With the Sun still shining well into autumn, there’s still plenty of time to hit the beach - and as @southaustralianbeaches discovered, Fishery Bay near #PortLincoln is a pretty good place to get some sand between your toes. Truth is, @eyrepeninsula’s ridiculous assortment of snug little coves, pristine beaches and sweeping dunes are capable of turning it on just about any time of year, and if that’s not enough, it’s also home to the nation’s biggest haul of fresh seafood, making it an untapped paradise just begging for you to lay down your towel… Rest your head at @tanongaecolodge when you’re in town! #SeeSouthAustralia ☀️🏖 [📍Location: just a 1 hr flight from Melbourne to #Adelaide in #SouthAustralia and a 50 minute flight (or 7hr drive) to @port_lincoln in @eyrepeninsula ]

My breakdown of correctly executing the bottom's up press (not to be confused with the Z press variation) to most effectively hit your serratus
That thing that looks kind of like your ribs that sits just under your pecs? It's actually pretty important in terms of keeping your movement healthy, and developing a solid bench
The main points?
Focus on quality active contractions, not height
Rib and elbow position determines whether you're going to hit your serratus to stabilize your shoulder, or just turn your delts into a meat grinder

Day 79. Species: Olearia ramulosa, Twiggy Daisy-bush⠀
If you’ve been out bushwalking recently you will have noticed that flowering plants at this time of year are few and far between. But if you look hard enough (and I mean maybe get your hand lens out!) you may notice this leggy, odd looking daisy in flower. Compared with Olearia ciliata, the featured flower flower from Day 54, O. ramulosa is not much to look at. Unlike many daisies, O. ramulosa has only a few ray-petals, the showy petals on the outside of a typical daisy head (remember daisy flowers are typically clusters of many little flowers combined into a structure called a capitulum). Instead of having many little florets clustered together, this daisy species has just a few florets next to each other. How amazing and diverse our flora is!

#Australia ’s Prime Minister Scott Morrison has called for global restrictions on social media in the wake of last weeks #Christchurchmosqueshooting , one of which was live-streamed on Facebook and viewed thousands of times before being removed.
In a letter to #Japan ’s Prime Minister #ShinzoAbe , Morrison asked the #G20 chair to make the issue central to the world leaders’ upcoming summit in #Osaka this June. “It is unacceptable to treat the internet as an ungoverned space” Morrison wrote in the letter which he shared on twitter.
RT reports: In a report on the incident, Facebook said that less than 200 people actually watched the carnage unfold live, but the archived video of the attack in which 50 people were killed and over 40 injured was then reportedly streamed some 4,000 times before it was eventually taken down. The first user complaint was lodged some 29 minutes after the attack had begun.
Morrison questioned social media giants’ ability to police their own platforms, especially in light of such graphic and disturbing content being shared so easily across multiple platforms, as a terrorist attack was underway.
The company claims it removed 1.5 million copies of the videos of the attack in the first 24 hours, 1.2 million of which were “blocked at upload.” YouTube was heavily criticized for its perceived failure to adequately quarantine and remove any clones of the mosque attack video. “If they can write an algorithm to make sure that the ads they want you to see can appear on your mobile phone, then I’m quite confident they can write an algorithm to screen out hate content on social media platforms,” Morrison told reporters in #Adelaide .
The property comes with a permit for a 6-level development, comprising a 69 apartment and 3 retail space project, designed by DKO (as pictured). Large land holding of 2,141sqm over two parcels, currently an aged double storey showroom, warehouse and car park.

Had a great night out with my Scottish mate, Lee, being entertained by the funny Welsh comedian/actor/impressionist/ TV and radio presenter Rob Brydon. The venue was the Thebarton Theatre which is an historic and heritage listed building in Adelaide. Built in 1926, it is one of the most popular medium sized entertainment venues in Australia used by many international as well as Aussie performers throughout the years. The theatre pretty well filled up to its capacity of around 2000 to see this event. Last 2 pics c/o Google. #thebartontheatre#adelaide#southaustralia#australia
