  • “Current shape”⁣

Currently I have started week 7 of this shredding process. So far things are going very well, but last week I started to get some cravings. This is not a problem, because as long as it fits within the macros it's all possible! I do notice that it's going better every year, you get to know your own body better and better, but you can also make up a lot by just looking at your own body composition after 3,5 years of tracking macros 😏⁣

My current stats:⁣
- Length: 185cm - 6’1.⁣
- Weight: 82.5kg - 182lbs (already lost over 6kg - 13lbs).⁣
- Fat percentage: Around 11% (Started at exactly 14%).⁣
⁣
So, I already lost around 6kg and 3% fat. There are still about 5/6 weeks to go and my goal is to finish around 8% fat. There are a lot of shoots coming up, so now there is no time for games. The end is almost in sight and the motivation is still very high. Let's keep pushing and reach our best shape ever! 📈⁣

STAYING HEALTHY IS #1 
Staying healthy requires a daily approach and a continuous input! We really push this advise to all our clients at the studio. :

For the training community, the quality of sleep, nutrition and recovery will determine the workout intensity and outcome. 
Ex, if the basic inputs are poor... then intensity needs to go down. Other wise the risk is; you will end up destroying your body over a period time! :

The Cup represents your body. The 🚰 pouring Water represents your energy:

When your body is filled with energy, it feels revitalized and ready for life. You are in the best position to feel great, think positive and accomplish your goals both mentally and physically ! :

When your cup is low on water, the mind and body suffers. Energy is low, motivation is weak and the onset of fatigue takes place, especially if the tempo / stress is high.

Eventually over a period of time this can lead to sickness, weak immune system, poor recovery from training, lack of results, increased chances of injury, negative thinking, depression and no lust for life:

Taking care of yourself is priority, so you can achieve all your wonderful goals and ambitions in 2019 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤 Seek out good ways, to fuel, rest and hydrate your body🙏🏽@casalltraining @casallpro @polarglobal @procedos

  • Broke today’s almost 21 hrs of fasting with the Big Purple Bowl of Food!

7 egg 🥚 omelet 🍳 , liquid egg beaters, @aidellssausage Italian chicken 🍗 sausage, and crab 🦀 meat.

Omelet was added on top of  large mixed veggies salad 🥗 topped with shredded cheese 🧀 . Everything was topped off with my favorite @waldenfarmsinternational Bacon ranch dressing!

Good macros teaching moment for everyone: I decided to actually input all of my salad ingredients today and discovered it equaled to 300 calories. Now while that might not seem like a lot, it will definitely throw off your totals if you are trying to be strict and have a goal of weight loss.

For me it means instead of avg 1800 calories this week I could have actually been consuming closer to 2100 if I had not taken into account my veggies.

If you goal is to add on weight then this might not have been a big deal, however if you were wanting to lose weight this could have been bad news. As it would have caused a 2,100 calorie surplus for the week instead of a deficit like you might have been wanting. So bottom line if you are trying to lose weight or put on weight very slowly make sure@you track the macros even in your salads/veggies!

💛 Stiff leg deadlift to squat to press (4 x 8): keep these super light, they work magic without a lot of weight. Slow on the deadlift portion and faster in the squat to press portion 🙏 ⠀
⠀⠀
💛 Single arm dumbbell snatch (3 x 8 per side): one million percent worth the time to learn, but technique is real key. Try to draw the dumbbell upwards in a straight line instead of swinging it away. Light weight is good here, the move is a big burner! ⠀
⠀⠀
💛 Kettlebell bent over row (3 x 8 per side): real slow without swinging is perfect 🙌 ⠀
⠀⠀
💛 Overhead step ups to squat (3 x 10): staying real low on the box once you step up ⠀
⠀⠀
💛 Front to reverse supports (4 x 4 switches): aim to do these as slowly as possible and they’ll light up your core 🔥🔥 ⠀

And that’s about a million muscles engaged 👏 I hope you feel amazing after!

  • È da un po’ di tempo che faccio il rematore con manubrio con vari tipi di esecuzione che non conoscevo per aumentare il focus sul gran dorsale, pian piano sto capendo i meccanismi delle varianti e ve le farò vedere perché distruggono veramente la schiena. Ma ogni tanto ci va anche un classico rematore che di certo non nuoce alla salute, soprattutto sono i manubri da 40 kg.☝🏻
