  • ✨Been in a creative funk all week but the one thing I HAVE TO DO on Sundays is my weekly reset and make my weekly spreads! And oh my, they cure my “get me out of this rut” phase right quick. ✨

Like I said, I’ve been in a rut all week and I don’t know why. Even writing this caption is hard. I’ve been starring at this blinking cursor and I honestly don’t know what to say.

We all go through funks, ruts, whatever you want to call them. But it’s okay because we just actually need to accept the fact that this rut is a mental break. A break from our busy lives and to just accept the fact that only way to get through it is by going through it.

One thing that always helps me go through ruts like this is doing something creative. For me this is doing my weekly reset and planning out my week. My weekly reset is different from everyone but it’s essentially 10 questions I ask myself to help me review how my week went and how I want next week to look.  And planning a new weekly bullet journal spread is just creative in  itself haha. I am always so excited and motivated to tackle on the next week when I do these two tasks!! Hopefully you guys are having a great weekend! If you are finding yourself in a rut as well, do something that will spark your creativity!! I would love to know what you guys do!

Equilibrio Estático: la habilidad de mantener el cuerpo erguido y estable sin que exista movimiento.

Equilibrio Dinámico: habilidad para mantener el cuerpo erguido y estable en acciones que incluyan el desplazamiento o movimiento de un sujeto. El equilibrio depende de un conjunto de fuerzas que se oponen entre sí y  las cuales están reguladas por el sistema nervioso central (SNC). El equilibrio se relaciona con el sentido de propiocepción, que es el sentido que informa al organismo de la posición de los músculos, es la capacidad de sentir la posición relativa de partes corporales contiguas. La propiocepción regula la dirección y rango de movimiento, permite reacciones y respuestas automáticas, interviene en el desarrollo del esquema corporal y en la relación de éste con el espacio, sustentando la acción motora planificada.
