  • Sooo, da ich nach ner Woche jetzt auch mal wieder was posten darf: kurzer Wochenrückblick: am Montag erstes Training nach 9 Tagen Krankheitspause erfolgreich absolviert 👌🏻. Kraftverlust geringer als gedacht. Bin noch nich 100% da wo ich vorher war aber das wird an der allgemeinen Regenerationszeit nach Krankheit liegen. 
Also alles in allem bin ich positiv überrascht, dass Muskeln und Kraft wohl doch nich über Nacht verschwinden 😜. Die Erfahrung hat mir dabei geholfen etwas entspannter an die ganze Sache zu gehen und mal ein paar Tage Pause können durchaus auch positiv sein 💪🏻

💪Workout @ the bottom⬇️
I cannot stress this enough! 
What’s the point of a muscle car if you cannot turn the wheel. Same goes for our bodies! 
We can push because we can pull. Most programs should be a 2:1 ratio in Pull to Push exercises for the average person. This is something I believe in. If you disagree @ me. 
Hip Explosion is something I value a lot too. I am just now getting mine back through my current training and it feels great. 
Don’t you want to be functional? These more than Strength. There is stability, explosion, and so much more.. “..like water friend”..
I want to be able to use my body with my lifestyle. My training should fit my activities (surfing, volleyball, even running). Bodybuilding might make you look good standing there but let’s play soccer or basketball. I’d pick you last because your mechanics probably blow. 
Let’s train for an Active Lifestyle, not for people to look at us on stage for a few minutes. 
So this is me saying take a look at your body’s health. Are you starting to feel pain in areas or even had injuries? Ask yourself what your training is even structured to achieve! Stay functional my friends✌🏽

1️⃣Muscle Hang Snatch
-This is an advanced movement. Don’t be afraid to regress. If you don’t know a step down of this exercise, google “Muscle Snatch Regressions”. It’s 2019, you know how to do that and will google random unimportant shit anyways. .
2️⃣Explosive Deadlift
-Maintaining form is #1 here. Pick a light weight, I’d say 50% of your max and work out a little more explosion. Be safe not an ego driven meathead!

3️⃣Incline Lying DB Row
-This is a good one. Notice In the vid I switch up the angles as I rep through. This is to target different areas of the back and to really burn out. .

  • Tak nez začneš mit kecy..Tak smysl teto fotky neni takovy ze bych si myslela ze mam svaly a podobne kecy,které se šíří ve meste rychlosti světla.Ale jako spis ten smysl ze bych se pak treba i za par měsíců rada podivala a zjistila jestli je nejaka ta zmena.A pokud s tim teda ma nekdo problem tak nahoře muze dat unfollow,srdicko mi to trhat nebude🙈#fitness#gym#fitnessmotivation

  • The Present Moment.

Apart from the list of health benefits as long as your arm, jumping or in this case swinging into super cold water brings about the most intense present moment experience i have ever experienced with meditation and any other types of tricks or methods to get into the present. .. When you let go of the rope, from that point until you hit the water and then re-emerge again your mind will never be more silent. .. Your are there, right there body and mind. You are nowhere else. Just there, just in that exact moment in time. .. Go try it! .. 1 love ❤
