For my workouts lately, I’ve been really trying to work on going through each exercise slowly to make sure I’m feeling it correctly/getting the best contractions.
Feels good to reset every now and then and go back to the basics 🤷🏼‍♀️

  • This is my first #facetofacefriday in a long time...face to face to face Friday, really 😂 ...I felt like I didn’t have anything beneficial to post for this for quite a while and felt a little ashamed of my struggles, but maybe if I’m candid about it, then other people who have struggled the same way might feel like they’re not alone? 🤷🏽‍♀️ And of course if nothing else, this is good for my own accountability 😌💕
Counterclockwise from top, at around my highest weight, then my lowest with Keto from about a year ago, and then a current with having gained some weight back (stats are in my bio!). I am not happy at ALL to have lost my way and gained weight and have been feeling a little like crap with daily headaches, but...I’m still far from where I was in that top picture, and to me that makes getting back to where I was at my #Keto best and going even further than that seem at least possible.  I’m ready to get back to where I felt the best physically and mentally and to improve even beyond that.
I have the best support group/motivation here and also in real life with my sweet friend who pushes me to go to the gym and is helping me get a routine down 🥰 (Our joint fitness account also in bio)
So even though this is daunting to have set myself back like this, and I’m sure I’ll still have some ups and downs, I’m sooo ready to try my best 💪Thanks for listening to me ramble if you made it this far! 😜❤️❤️❤️
