INGREDIENTS:⠀⁣
¼ ounce cannabis⠀⁣
½ cup butter⠀⁣
Pantyhose or cheesecloth⠀⁣
⠀⁣
COOKIE DOUGH CHOCOLATE CUPS:⠀⁣
Melted cannabutter⠀⁣
½ cup brown sugar, light⠀⁣
3 ounces cream cheese⠀⁣
¼ cup granulated sugar⠀⁣
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour⠀⁣
¼ teaspoon baking soda⠀⁣
¼ teaspoon salt⠀⁣
2 teaspoons vanilla extract⠀⁣
¾ cup mini chocolate chips⠀⁣
3 cups chocolate, melted⠀⁣
Muffin tin lining cups⠀⁣
⠀⁣
STEPS:⠀⁣
Decarb a quarter of an ounce cannabis in the oven at 240 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes to activate the THC. Grind cannabis, but not too fine.⠀⁣
⁣
Pour cannabis into a heatproof jar. Add half a cup of butter. Close lid. Place sealed jar inside a pot with boiling water. Boil for 2 to 3 hours to infuse cannabis into butter.⠀⁣
Wrap pantyhose or cheesecloth over a glass jar, and strain cannabis butter. Use immediately, or refrigerate until needed.⠀⁣

In a baking sheet, spread flour and bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes to kill bacteria.⠀⁣

In a large bowl, add melted cannabis butter and light brown sugar, then mix together. Add cream cheese and granulated sugar, then mix. Add baked flour, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract, then mix. Add mini chocolate chips, and mix. Roll cookie dough into small balls, slightly flattened, then set aside.⠀⁣

In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate.⠀⁣
Line muffin tin with lining cups. Spoon melted chocolate into the bottom of each muffin cup. Place the cookie dough on top of the melted chocolate. Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the cookie dough. Gently, shake the muffin tin to even out the chocolate.⠀⁣

Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.⠀⁣

My kids love these, they taste so good, they are gluten free, and they are healthy. Just be careful you don't eat too many 😉

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups almond butter
1/2 cup honey or substitute 100% maple syrup
2 eggs or substitute 4 TBSP chia seeds for 1 egg
1 TBSP vanilla extract
1/2 TSP salt (only add if your almond butter is unsalted)
1/2 TSP baking soda
1/2 TSP baking powder
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (70% or higher)

Directions:
Preheat oven 350
Mix all ingredients together (adding in chocolate chips at the very end) Then place spoonfuls of mixture on a sprayed cookie sheet and bake for about 12-15 mins

Enjoy!

6 Huevos. 
1 lata de leche condensada.
Leche Líquida (La misma medida de la lata de leche condensada).
Vainilla.
Azúcar (Para el caramelo). Procedimiento:
Agrega todo en la licuadora así de simple. Y el caramelo lo hago solo con azúcar, hay quienes le agregan agua y la verdad para mi no es necesario, la cantidad de azúcar va a depender de cuan empatucada quieras la quesillera, hay quienes solo dejan el fondo, a mi me gusta completamente acaramelado. . En cada casa venezolana hay un Quesillo que no se parece a otro, todos tenemos maneras diferentes de hacerlo, más ingredientes, menos, unos le echan rayadura de limón, un toque técnico de ron, etc. Cuando obtienes la mezcla del Quesillo ya es solo de agregarlo a la quesillera (que dejaste enfriar con el caramelo) y cocina a baño de María, los tiempos variarán dependiendo el tamaño, pero igual que con las tortas le puedes meter un palillo y si sale limpio eso ya está listo! . Un Quesillo de un día para otro sabe mejor! 🙌🏻 . A ti como te gusta? Con huequitos o sin ellos? Quesillo ó Flan?

With ALL the controversy 🙅🏽‍♀️that goes on in the nutrition world it can be hard to make the “healthiest” choice every single time! Don’t beat yourself up. Chances are the swap (I.e homemade or reputable branded products) has less sugar, less refined vegetable oils, no sugar alcohols, and no high-fructose corn syrup. KEY: read the ingredients list and know what to specifically keep an eye on👇🏽.

Inflammatory ingredients I always look for in order from sketchy af to least sketchy:
⭐️Hydrogenated / partially hydrogenated fat is synonymous with 🍟TRANS FAT which through research is known to cause elevations in LDL cholesterol (bad chol) and vascular dysfunction‼️
⭐️High-fructose corn syrup: it might just sound like another name for sugar but truth is the structure of this molecule is NOT metabolized the same as table sugar (sucrose). It’s worse and lends itself to weight gain + non-alcoholic fatty liver (NAFLD)!
⭐️Canola oil & soybean oil: which contains inflammatory monounsaturated fats (omega-6)—truth is, we need both omega-6 and omega-3 FA but in optimal ratios, 1:1. The US gets too many of the omega-6 FA from processed food intake.
⭐️Sugar alcohols & artificial sweeteners: anything ending in -ol although erythritol is safe. I stay clear of sucralose (Splenda), saccharine, aspartame etc. due to its negative effects on the gut.🧁
⭐️Cane sugar / table sugar: this is ranked “least sketchy” mainly because it’s not as highly processed as the ingredients mentioned above. We have the ability to metabolize it well. Excess is what is hurting our bodies and minds.
