Медленно, но уверенно- вот правильный и безопасный подход к делу. Я села на шпагат не за две недели, и даже не за месяц. Это все регулярные тренировки. Так что не травмируйте себя, прислушивайтесь к своему телу, занимайтесь спортом и будьте здоровыми ❤️

The supplement industry spend millions of dollars on fancy marketing to convince the consumer that their product is vital for overall health and wellness success.
Some of my clients have been wired to believe that supplementation is a MUST when trying to accomplish weight loss, weight gain, or even as part of a healthy lifestyle. Before I get into this topic, let’s look at the definition of a supplement.
𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝒏𝒐𝒖𝒏)- A substance taken to remedy the DEFICIENCIES in a person’s diet.
By this definition, supplements should be used to SUPPLEMENT a deficiency, or potential deficiency.
So, let’s go back to the original question of whether or not supplements are REQUIRED in order to reach your nutrition goals.
𝙈𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙬𝙚𝙧: Supplementation is only needed if you are deficient, or at risk of becoming deficient, in a particular area. Some examples of this can be:
☞ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻- If you have a hard time meeting your protein needs for the day, a good quality protein supplement can be useful.
☞ 𝗕𝗖𝗔𝗔- If you practice IM (intermittent fasting) and you do high intensity fasted workouts, BCAAs can provide muscle tissue with essential amino acids to help maintain muscle mass.
☞ 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻- If you are someone that has poor diet QUALITY and your intake alone does not meet your daily requirements for micronutrients, a multivitamin can be a good supplementation.
☞ 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗢𝗶𝗹- If your diet is low in omega-3 fatty acids (i.e from fatty fish, nuts, seeds, etc.), othen adding a fish oil supplement can be beneficial.
✖Fat burners, weight loss supplements, and other factory made supplements promising rapid weight loss is a WASTE OF YOUR MONEY.
