6 weken passieve flexie om mijn full #ROM terug te krijgen. Vorige week nog roestig en niet kunnen roteren met mijn hand palm. Nu paar verder al veel van mijn ROM terug (Range of motion). Met dank aan mijn top fysio @jouriburgers.
That one time I ate chocolate hot cross buns instead of fruit... had nothing to do with arm pump, lighting, angle etc. all bun 😳
Serious though people keep on asking me what’s the secret about the hot cross buns.
Long story short your body utilities high amounts of carbs a lot more effectively pre & post workout, with minimal fats and also moderate-high protein.
These carbs are normally High GI, which digest easily, also normally fairly high in sugar too.
The macros of hot cross buns are high in carbs (usually sugar + digest easy) and low in fat. Plus they taste 👌🏼. Now run along and go eat some carbs god damn 🙄 p.s there’s way more science behind this but that’s for you to find out and for me to already know 👍🏻
