Ingredients:
2 cups of wholemeal flour
1 cup + 2 tbsp of soy or nut milk
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup of coconut oil
2 1/2 tsp of baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup of maple syrup or stevia

1/2 cup of cacao

1 extra banana to top

Method:
Preheat your oven at 350F/ 180 degrees Celsius 
Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
In a blender mash the bananas (or use a fork).
In a bowl mix the dry ingredients together then add the bananas mashed and the wet ingredients apart from the cacao.
Put half of the batter on the side then add the cacao in the remaining batter.
Spoon a layer of the banana layer then a layer of chocolate layer until you use them both. 
Top with a sliced banana.
Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes.

  • My family loves to... Eat desserts. Especially when the dessert contains chocolate and fruits. Then it will make a better and "healthy" dessert 😀.
Seriously, cobain deh, cake pisang ini. Bikinnya gampang banget. Teksturnya empuuuuk, dengan perpaduan pisang dan cokelat yang pas.

Untuk 1 loyang 
Bahan:
185 gr mentega, suhu ruang 
180 gr gula castor (gula pasir halus)
4 telur 
250 gr tepung terigu serbaguna 
1 sdt garam
1,5 sdt baking powder 
250 gr pisang super matang 
45 gr Dark Cooking Chocolate, cincang kasar 
Icing: 40 gr DCC, cairkan (opsional)

Cara Membuat:
1. Panaskan oven 175 Celcius. Alasi loyang persegi 25x25x7cm dengan kertas roti. Haluskan 200 gr pisang. Sisanya: potong bulat jadi 9 buah.
2. Wadah I: campur tepung, garam, dan baking powder. 
3. Wadah II: dengan mixer kecepatan tinggi, kocok mentega dan gula hingga pucat dan lembut. Masukkan telur satu persatu sambil tetap mengocok dengan kecepatan rendah hingga menjadi adonan yang homogen. Masukkan 200 gr pisang yang dihaluskan. Aduk rata. 
4. Masukkan campuran tepung ke dalam campuran telur. Aduk balik dengan spatula hingga terbentuk adonan yang homogen dan bebas gumpalan. Masukkan DCC cincang. Aduk rata. Adonan akan sangat kental dan kaku.
5. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang. Ratakan permukaannya. Atur potongan pisang di atasnya. Panggang dalam oven selama 45-50 menit hingga bagian tengah cake matang sempurna (lakukan tes tusuk). Matikan oven. 
6. Biarkan cake pada loyang di suhu ruang. Ketika sudah mulai hangat, beri DCC cair di atas cake, bila suka. Potong dan sajikan ketika cake sudah cukup dingin. .
