Went to the gym meaning business for leg day👊🏻....hair up👱🏼‍♀️...pre-workout🤯taken and motivated head on!!!!

Started with #hipthrusts (bad idea)....🙄...its confirmed..my love❤️ for them is defo GONE!! So I think I need to give them a rest for a while and stop forcing myself to do them!!😩

*5 min Incline Walk
* Band/Glute Activation
1️⃣Barbell Hipthrusts 1x15 3x10 2x15 (with band)
2️⃣Barbell Sumo Squats 1x15 (constant tension, just with bar) 1x15 1x12 1x10 1x8 
3️⃣Barbell Reverse Lunges 3x8 (each leg)
4️⃣SS (3sets)
=Deficit Barbell RDL’s with Band x10
=Bodyweight Banded Sumo Squats x10
5️⃣SS (3sets)
=Cable RDL’s x10
=Cable Sumo Squats x10
6️⃣Dumbbell Walking Lunges 2x30🔥🔥

It’s been a whole week since being back at home and I’m finally feeling like I am back in my routine and that my body is settled. I’m REALLY enjoying all food and my workouts are killer and thankfully my weight is dropping nicely! Hitting those macros!

Burnt my quads out this morning and will be popping back later for an hour of LISS with a friend! .
Definitely in a much better mindset than I was yesterday! Still feeling like I could have done with an extra two hours sleep but oh well! The gym was calling! Hope you all have a fab Thursday! ♥️

  • The truth about my transformation. 
When I was 20 lbs heavier, I was truly comfortable with myself. I didn’t evolve from insecurities but rather the need to achieve better for myself. I didn’t seek weight loss or an unrealistic goal. My goal was to simply live a healthier life and so when I made this my choice I had gained the autonomy and joy in making the necessary changes. I believe this is the type of mindset each individual needs to have to not only achieve their best but also enjoy the journey. Don’t waste your time comparing yourselves to others, esp images online, some of which we can’t trust are authentic. Don’t waste time editing the “perfect photo”. Just be comfortable with where you currently are and focus your energy towards the choices you want to make and change will happen in a desirable way. This is me, no filter, no edits but definitely good lightening...😁 Moral of the story: don’t change who you are, just be better each day!

  • Happy Monday Angels😇honestly was so so close to not going for a workout this morning but I’m so glad I did! It really motivates me and makes me feel refreshed ready for the day ahead👏🏼next time you feel like not going to the gym, just remember no one has ever done a workout and regretted doing it✨although please listen to your body and take enough rest days, I took two last week and the extra day off was deffo needed🥰enjoy your evenings♥️
