My BoxyLuxe has been delayed this month but I am not mad. I have received emails about my payment not being updated but I contacted customer support through the @boxycharm website and I got really quick responses from BoxyCharm. I have had nothing but good experience with BoxyCharm customer service. Sometimes things happen with companies that are beyond the companies hands. Always contact customer support through the BoxyCharm website. If you got an item that you don't like there are lots of swap sites on Facebook.

@michelle_lisette same and I was told they were fixing it and to send a message alas nothing. Mine is for someone much darker I can’t even use it 😐which kinda stinks cause I was really excited for it

I’m very devastated! I didn’t get the morphe pallet or lashes! Pls fix! I’ve been a very loyal customer! I don’t want to end my subscription but might do it!

I found something different wondering if anyone knew why. I got the 15N palette and all but 1 shade is the same as all other 15N palettes I’ve seen. In the top middle, the shade is called Opal but in the palette I received it says “Selfie” btw I’m not complaining at all. I’m just curious about this.

@yaya_love_312 I received a dark palette and I need a light one. Do you want to swap with me? We could both mail them out tomorrow. I was looking forward to that palette too and I can’t use any part of the dark one as I’m super fair. Boxy isn’t going to replace the ones for those of us who were sent the wrong shade. Lmk.

I was charged for my BoxyLuxe on the 1st, it is now the 18th and I still haven’t received a shipping email. I messaged customer support and got no response, I messaged on Facebook and got no response. I understand you’re experiencing a shipping delay but I would like to know that I’m actually going to get what I paid for.

I got the orange palette. It’s a pretty palette but unfortunately it’s literally the one I wouldn’t have wanted. I would have loved the 2 on the middle arms in the picture. I’ll try my best to play around with it, but orange eyeshadow is not my thing.

I loved my box but my morphe palette was the 15D and i don't wear a lot of orange anyone who got the 15N or 15B wanna trade message me :D but everything else in my box was amazing and I'm beyond pleased becoming a charmer was the best decision I've ever made
