  • I’m floored by the response to my last post - thank you to everyone who opened up and shared deeply personal experiences ❤️ I’m taking over the @thebump today, recapping my journey to motherhood and continuing some of these convos, including lighter topics like this one! ⁣

The amount of postpartum hair loss can be a little terrifying (esp after a shower 😬) but is common due to hormonal changes. To help encourage healthy hair regrowth, I make sure to still take my prenatal vitamin, collagen (either via homemade bone soups, or a scoop of powder in my smoothie) and biotin supplements may help if your doc gives the ok. You guys also recommended dark eyeshadow or Toppik hair powder to help conceal a receding hairline or bald spots while waiting for hair regrowth!
