It’s Sunday people, back to work for finish tomorrow! πŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ

For me I’m only in work tomorrow then having an operation on Tuesday then recovering! .
Are you one of those people that draws money from the ATM machine at dinner time to buy lunch? .
Do you struggle to put food together for work so end buying a meal deal at your local boots thinking it’s super healthy? .
Are you on one of those diets where you don’t eat food, just has a shake, or a lettuce leaf and think your going to lose loads of weight and sustain it? .
Do you make excuses up that you can’t cook, you have no time, or what ever bollocks you come up with? .
Anyway my page just gives you little ideas, I’m a full time shift worker myself (truck driver)πŸš›, a father, a Carer for my mum who is poorly and blind, and I have my own hobbies to do as well such as my little workouts, my cooking, etc. I just like using basic fresh food that’s going to give you some good ideas on how to stay on track and get lean. 1.51 according to Fitbit but I zig zagged so 1.53 official time πŸ™ˆ which is still 6 minutes off the last one ☺️
